At site delivery, condition is documented with photos. The customer confirms receipt digitally. All components are now logged as out.
Hire period and additions
The customer can order additional components during the hire. You add them to the existing agreement and invoice everything together at the end.
Return and invoice
At return you count components and document damage. Shortages and damaged items are added to the invoice automatically and sent to the customer.
